Jing=scenery
Landscape in a pot/container.
A miniature landscape is pen jing in Chinese, or more commonly known as Bonsai.
To me this scene is a pen jing within a landscape(the rock) enclosed within an urban environment. I felt a beauty in how it responded to the seasons.

Goodpicture is back on line!
It's been about a year since goodpicture.com has been off the internet. Today it's creeping back into existence! I've set it up so it can be expanded image by image and though it's pretty slim today, there are going to be some nice pictures to see on the site.

Another Niagara Falls shot with the fake pinhole camera. Being done in-camera, I feel that it still retains some spontaneity of the photograph being made simultaneously with the shutter.
